What is the UK legal limit on the size of the blade for a knife, would a sheath knife be legal?

If i had a bona fide reason would it be legal for me to carry a knife?

Louisiana - 18th state, admitted to the Union in 1812.
Indiana - 19th State, admitted to the Union in 1816.

So that narrows it down to a four-year period.

In UK, we are allowed to carry a 3 inch folding bladed knife,?

but why is a 3 inch folding knife with a locking blade illegal? Surely the locking blade makes a knife safer, and less likely to fold under pressure and cut your hand?

The reason you arnt allowed to carry a locking knife is because it can be pulled out fast and locked into place, therefore making it easily used as a weapon, its harder to use a folding knife without locking system as a weapon.

and the police have the right to arrest you anyway if the "Believe" you are carrying it as a weapon, so the law dosnt really amount to much anyhow.

what part of the SKS butt stock cleaning kit is used to adjust the front site?

the cleaning kit in my SKS buttstock has nothing that looks like a sight adjustment. Am i missing something?

Well first of all, are you adjusting your front sight elevation or windage? If your adjusting for elevation, there should be a flat tool in your tool kit.. It's maybe two or or three inches long, and about a 1/4 to maybe 1/2 inch wide. One end of it looks like a flat head screw driver, and the other end is a smaller with a square notch in it with a hole in drilled the center. That is your front sight tool for adjusting elevation. You just stick that notch over your front sight and the pin on top of your front sight should go in that hole. Then you take the tube of your cleaning kit and stick the screwdriver end of the tool into the notch it fits into and just twist for up or down.
Now if it's windage your trying to mess with, you need a tool that looks like a small black C-clamp. They cost about $10, and I got mine from www.centerfiresystems.com.

if we have custom output eg. 70w or 80w, 120w, 150w how can create a adapter for power supply I need to know a series join becomes 120w how will supply a power ?

Power Supplies can provide a given max power output.
If you are referring to how can you adjust the Power Supply's Output Voltage (from 70 V to 80 V or 120 V or 150 V), then you could change the Ratio of the voltage divider it uses for reference. If you have the schematic, look at two resistors that provide reference to the base of the pass regulating transistor.
Sometimes a Zenner diode is used, so you would have to replace it. You could use a switch to change the divider or the Zenners.
