Sword canes are pretty kick ass, but i don't want to break the law with a real blade in a cane....but a wooden blade would be cool. Is there such a thing

What if you act like you didnt know it was illegal when the cop finds it or say you found it somewhere and kept it. Or that a friend gave it to you. Or you bought it at the flea market.
Firstly, that is a felony concealed weapon charge -- it is illegal to carry a concealed switchblade in California. Secondly, ignorance of the law is not an excuse, and regardless of whether or not it is yours if the police find it concealed on your person it is under your direct control, and you are responsible for it.
The penalty for a felony concealed weapon charge is 1-5 years in jail, and up to a $5,000 court fine. If the police really did find the switchblade on you then there's little chance you will not be convicted ...

Knife # 406037, Hidden Button Spring Swallow Switchblade Knife. Over all length is about 8 inches (20.2cm). Blade length is about 3 3/8 inches (8.5cm). Handle length is about 4 5/8 inches (11.7cm).
